Bread SRSLY began as an effort to woo my gluten-intolerant crush. I created heaps of gluten-free baked goods, learning about all new ingredients and grains. After 2 years of wild experimentation, I discovered two things: my stomach problems were gone, and I was in love with the history of bread.

I went on a quest to learn as much as I could about traditional baking techniques and their benefits to our health. I discovered sourdough, harvested some wild yeast from my Cole Valley kitchen, and never looked back.

(In addition to being gluten-free, all Bread SRSLY products are free of dairy, egg, soy, nut, potato, tapioca, and garbanzo.)
